This facility is a key contributor to Patagonia’s ability to retain women in senior leadership and ensure that nearly 100% of moms return to work after taking maternity leave.Ībout the Truckee River Child Development Center (TRCDC): Since 1983, Patagonia has sponsored a similar facility in its Ventura, California, headquarters. To take advantage of the services available at the childcare site in Reno, employees will pay the market rate and receive subsidies based on income level.
